The breakfast offered here was tasty, featuring high-quality meals, very strong coffee, and delicious toast.

This hotel is one of the better hotels in this area. It is close to an MRT station and a 7/11 supermarket is nearby. The breakfast is okay and also suitable for Europeans. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and of sufficient size. The pool is not very big but big enough for a short refreshment. The gym is okay.

The WIFI is quite slow

when we asked on arrival if it would be possible to stay longer, as our flight would not leave until midnight, they came to meet us and asked us to use the room for half an overnight stay until 18:00. Also the restaurant is extremely good and the breakfast, as well as the choice is huge!

The lobby is grand and luxurious, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast buffet is elaborate and offers a wide variety of cuisine, the staff exceeded expectations in terms of customer service.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as Don Muang airport is just 12 miles away. the room amenities, such as a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe, were enjoyable. - the hotel is surrounded by shopping centers and a market, which is convenient for guests.

my recent stay in bangkok was pleasant, but grand richmond hotel truly stood out. the facilities were top-notch, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. i particularly enjoyed the plush and soft beds and the great breakfast buffet. highly recommended.

Our city break was made even better by the great service provided by the hotel staff. They were helpful in arranging transportation to nearby attractions and we enjoyed the two complementary drinks offered upon check-in. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to shops and easy access to public transportation. We also enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable and well-appointed rooms.

The internet was not included in the room rate and was quite expensive. We also found some areas of the hotel to be in need of maintenance, such as the shower and bathroom area.

The front office manager was welcoming and ensured we felt at home during our stay, even on Christmas Eve. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the rooms were modern and well-maintained. The breakfast service was excellent, offering a wide variety of Asian and Western food options. Additionally, the hotel's location near public transportation made it convenient for exploring the city and getting to various government offices efficiently.
